This policy covers consultations and appointment requests for cabinetry selection and installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and closets across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.
Requesting an appointment
Consultations may include reviewing measurements, finishes, hardware, and project scope, as well as discussing delivery and installation coordination.
The website’s consultation request form is temporarily unavailable. Details entered into that form are not sent or saved. To discuss an appointment, contact us by email or phone using the information below.
When available, the request form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, project city, space type, project details, and contact consent.
An appointment request is not a confirmed booking. Appointment availability and timing must be confirmed directly with us. Do not rely on a requested date or time until you receive confirmation.
Consultation scope and project agreements
A consultation request or confirmed consultation does not create a purchase or installation agreement.
Pricing, measurements, materials, project scope, responsibilities, and timing require a separate written project agreement. Any delivery or installation schedule must be coordinated as part of that agreement; a consultation booking does not reserve delivery or installation dates.
Website images and cinematic scenes are conceptual visualizations, not completed client installations. Availability, selections, and results vary by project.
Preparing for your appointment
Please provide accurate contact information and available project details so we can discuss the relevant space and your needs. Let us know if project information or the contact details associated with your appointment change.
Measurements and other information discussed during a consultation remain subject to the requirements established in the separate written project agreement.
Rescheduling
If you need to change an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. Include your name, the scheduled appointment date and time, and your preferred alternatives.
Rescheduling requests are reviewed case by case and depend on availability. A requested change is not confirmed until we confirm the revised appointment details.
Cancellations
To cancel an appointment, contact us directly using the information below. Include enough information for us to identify your booking.
Cancellation requests and any related payment questions are reviewed case by case, subject to any applicable written agreement. This policy does not establish a cancellation fee, deposit requirement, or refund window.
Canceling a consultation does not, by itself, cancel a separate purchase, delivery, or installation agreement. Changes to an agreed project are governed by that agreement.
Late arrivals and no-shows
If you expect to be late or cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
Late arrivals and missed appointments are handled case by case. We will discuss whether the appointment can proceed or needs to be rescheduled. A replacement appointment is subject to availability.
Changes initiated by us
If an appointment needs to be changed or canceled by us, we will contact you using the contact information you provided and discuss available alternatives.
Changes to delivery or installation timing are addressed separately under the applicable written project agreement.
